The Intuit corporate internal communications team wanted to rethink their communications ecosystem. This newly formed core team needed to partner with other communicators across a global business to be relevant within a rapidly changing business landscape and competitive high-tech talent market.

A comprehensive discovery effort helped us define the priorities for the team, which we themed into the following pillars: systems and processes, tools and tactics, and skills and capabilities. Ultimately, we provided recommendations on how to prioritize the right work to address the concerns of audiences and other stakeholders throughout the company, providing a modern employee experience that is more aligned with employee expectations.
